Captain's Ball Rule and Regulation


Basic Rules of the Game

  • No running while carrying the ball
  • A player who wishes to score must attempt to pass the ball to the captain, no further away than from the half-court line and no nearer than from the baseline.
  • A goal is scored when the captain at the goal circle receives the ball and has both feet within his circle.
  • The team with the highest score wins.
  • Defenders are allowed to be as close as possible to the person holding the ball but any contact other than with the ball will result in a foul committed and the defender has to take a step back.
  • Each game will last 10 minutes.
  • Each team is allowed to have 6 players and up to two substitutes.
  • There must be at least one team member from each gender on the team.
